Series On Demand respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Rights holders or their authorized representatives may submit a notice identifying material they believe infringes their rights so the claim can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken.
What to include in a copyright notice
- Your full name and a reliable way to contact you.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other protected material you claim is infringed.
- The exact Series On Demand URL or other information sufficient to locate the material at issue.
- A clear explanation of your ownership or authority to act for the rights holder.
- A good-faith statement concerning authorization of the disputed use.
- A statement confirming that the information supplied is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature, where legally required.

Review and removal
Notices may be reviewed for completeness and validity. Material may be restricted, disabled, or removed while a claim is evaluated, where appropriate. Repeat or abusive submissions may be handled in accordance with applicable law and site policy.
Misrepresentations
Do not knowingly submit false ownership claims or materially misleading takedown requests. Copyright procedures can carry legal consequences, and claimants should obtain independent legal advice when needed.
